Have been treated by all of the doctors over the years and all are top-notch! Very professional yet take the time to make you feel comfortable. Will continue to go back.
We have been using them for years with two adults and two kids. They have always provided excellent care and friendly service. You expect smiles when you enter a dental office, but you don't necessarily get genuine ones. Not so here - you walk in the door and the people are glad you are there and treat you like friends.
I want to thank Dr. Kail, and his staff for their professionalism, and genuine kindness they exhibit when I go every 6 months for exams. Ashley cleaned my teeth today and she did an excellent job and she was so sweet. Dr. Kail is always available to answer any questions I have and I appreciate his time. Wonderful bout sums it up
Everyone is super nice and friendly but do not go here for cavities to be removed or filled in. I had work done by Dr. Kail to removed a few cavities and was left unable to eat food for a month, or bite down properly. Only after a year did the pain finally go away and I think it was because I just got used to it. Totally messed up my bite line and had the pleasure of paying for a years worth of excruciating pain. Avoid at all costs for anything other than a cleaning.
Went there 3 years ago, paid everything in full. 3 yrs later got a statement saying I owe them money. Asked them to prove what charge it was for, they simply ignored and kept sending statements. Why would they wait 3 years to send out my first statement? Clearly trying to scam customers.
